Team Building Activity
This is a very structured event, teams have to meet strict deadlines, exchange roles, write and record a themed music track, story board and shoot an accompanying video but in a very relaxed and nurturing environment where everyone is encouraged to play a part. The personal and team satisfaction that delegates gain from this event is immense.
This is a flexible event. We can tailor a fun three hour team building event or an effective full day team building event. Teams can shoot their videos either inside or out, so this event is not weather dependant.
Everybody loves to watch themselves or their team members on film, so we host your very own Music awards ceremony! This can be held at the end of your day and shown on a big screen before delegates depart for the day or it works perfectly as evening entertainment, as it can be combined with your evening meal.
You will receive a copy of all of your teams music video's so you can show them back in the office and use them to act as a motivator throughout the year.
